Terms & Conditions

1) I hereby agree to receive electronic invoices and statements.

2) Axio Connect will not give any client details to 3rd parties.

3) I understand that there are no uptime guarantees on the service.

4) Axio Conect has the right to review the usage patterns that adversley effect the quality of its network and notify the subscriber.

5) All agreements are month-to-month, and require 30 calendar days notice for cancellation.

6) Upgrades can take a maximum of 48 hours to process.

7) The required router is provided on a free-to-use basis and remains the property of Axio Connect. In the event of service cancellation, the router must be returned to Axio Connect. If the router is not returned, a replacement fee of R1000 will be charged.
